Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to make an exchange or a return, you have 20 days from the order date to request it. To do so, please enter our returns portal here.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
1. Request the return at https://returns.itsrever.com/alhamas
2. Enter the order number and email
3. You can choose to drop off the package at a collection point or have it picked up at the address of your choice
4.You can choose an exchange for another model, a refund using the same payment method as your order, or a store credit with no expiration date. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will contact you to request your bank account details.
5. Once the request is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to prepare your package and make the shipment.
6. When the package arrives at our warehouses, we will process the return

It is essential that the product is in perfect condition with its original box protected in order to return an item; otherwise, the return may be rejected.

*Customized models, sealed items that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene protection reasons (such as earrings and cleaning products), and those products that have been unsealed after delivery.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL OR SIZE?
Yes, you can change the model, color, or size in just one click.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
You can request a home pickup for a cost of €20. Otherwise, you can send your return at your own expense to the following address:
