HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay for your order with a bank card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, PayPal, payment in three interest-free installments with PayPal, payment afterward with Sequra, or payment in installments with Sequra, with 3 installments at no cost. In mainland Spain and Portugal, we offer cash on delivery with a management charge of 3 euros.

 

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship to the whole of Europe. You can receive your order at the address of your choice.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our orders are dispatched every working day at 12:00, and the delivery times are:

• Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24-48 hours (working days)
• Rest of Europe: 48-72 hours (working days)

The transport company will send you an email with your package tracking number. Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sale periods and promotions, shipments may experience delays. If Alhamas cannot meet these deadlines due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you to inform you of this circumstance and proceed to confirm the service date, change, or cancellation of the order with the corresponding refund.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

• Shipping is free in Spain and Portugal for orders over 90€, except for the exceptions specified below. For orders below this amount, shipping costs 4.90€ in the Iberian Peninsula and 10€ to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
• Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs 6€
• In the rest of Europe, shipping is free for orders over 90€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs 12€.
• USA: Free for orders over 100€. For orders below that amount, shipping costs 25€.

 

WHICH TRANSPORT COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

In Spain and Portugal, we work with Correos, CTT Express, and GLS. For international shipments, we use DHL, UPS, and GLS.

 

CAN I TRY ON THE ESPADRILLES BEFORE CUSTOMIZING THEM?

For those who want to personalize their bridal espadrilles and need to ensure that the size, material, height, etc., are ideal, we offer a trial service where we deliver to you, at the address you specify, a pack that includes the model you have chosen (still without the selected customization), samples of all fabrics from the Bridal collection, and samples of the decorations. Choose the espadrille model you want and the Bridal Trial Pack. Once you have confirmed that it is the correct model, we will collect it, customize it in the workshop, and send it back to you. If, on the other hand, you change your mind, we will change the model with your new choice. This experience requires the return shipping of the Bridal Trial Pack.
